The Wilma Dykeman homestead is located in a wooded neighborhood north of Asheville, just 15 minutes from UNC Asheville and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. It is also near the Blue Ridge Parkway (a 10 minute drive) and Pisgah National Forest.
Amenities
The fully-furnished, 1,900 square foot home, built in 1926, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several living spaces, including a parlor, dining room, living room and a kitchen equipped with an electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. An unfinished, concrete basement includes a quarter bathroom and washer and dryer. The exterior of the home includes a carport, front porch and back deck. All utilities, including internet and cable, are included as is general property maintenance. Please note that the home is not ADA compliant, and we cannot accommodate children or pets at this time.
